ServSafe Certification
Every commercial kitchen staff such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, restaurants, and hotels should complete ServSafe training and be ServSafe certified. Our team will train your staff in all aspects of ServSave including food safety, cleanliness, food handling and food storage.
Dietitian Services
AteekRD provides Florida registered, licensed dietitians to provide consulting on menu planning, dietary oversight, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Our certified Dietary Managers make sure your meals comply with federal, state, and local regulations from organizations such as the AHCA.
Certified Specialist Geriatric Nutrition
Our certified specialists in geriatric nutrition will evaluate the dietary needs of residents based on their health condition, age, and medical history to create personalized meal plans. Many times our team will coordinate with the attending physician.
